Sweet Potatoe & Buckwheat Waffles

This delicious brunch inspo is a lighter alternative to regular waffles or bread!

Ingredients:

1 cup sweet potatoe puree

1/2 cup buckwheat flour

1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix everything together. Pour into greased waffle maker & cook following your waffle maker’s instructions ( usually around 8 minutes)
