The cook book was created by our manager Sarah Bajada. Sarah is a personal trainer and content creator and a busy mum with a huge passion and love for health, fitness and food! This is our first ever hardback cook book, full of our all time favourite meals. We kept in mind that most people are busy and are always on the go, so all of these meals are hassle free, but still full of flavour. Sarah’s ethos is that you should never have to sacrifice anything in order to reach your goals or feel good, so this book may help you do exactly that!

A fitness session that combines resistance training with functional movements aimed at improving cardiovascular capacity, overall strength, and coordination. Using tried and tested cross functional workout techniques like tabata, AMRAP, supersetting, chippers, HIIT, one will always have to come in for the workout expecting the unexpected.
Core Power is not about crunches !! it’s about engaging all muscles you never thought you had before. We will work on the deeper and stabilizing muscles using various tools and techniques. We will lift using barbells, do crazy body weight movements and make use of stability balls.
