Sky Spirit celebrated 9 years of fitness with a bang! We are proud to present the Sky Spirit Recipe book collection. This book was created to help our members, and followers take a better approach when it comes to their nutrition goals. We beleive that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or complicated.

The cook book was created by our manager Sarah Bajada. Sarah is a personal trainer and content creator and a busy mum with a huge passion and love for health, fitness and food! This is our first ever hardback cook book, full of our all time favourite meals. We kept in mind that most people are busy and are always on the go, so all of these meals are hassle free, but still full of flavour. Sarah’s ethos is that you should never have to sacrifice anything in order to reach your goals or feel good, so this book may help you do exactly that!

This book has got your sorted with FIVE different sections based around our favourite meals: Breakfast & brunch Meal prep lunches, Quick and easy lunches, Dinner ideas & sweet treats. So long gone are the days where you don’t know what to cook! So be one of the first to try our delicious new meals within each section. All of the meals have macros & calories included, so if you’re tracking your food, we’ve got you covered. PLUS.. the most exciting part is that each recipe takes no longer than 30 minutes!

Featured class of the month

Bums & Thighs

Our equation starts with the five classic moves to target the glutes most effectively: lunges, single-leg squats, hip extensions, step-ups and side leg lifts. We then added a little complexity and dimension to each move by incorporating the principles of mobility and stability characteristic of all Sky Spirit programming.

Our LB&T classes are basically a full body aerobic workout building in a whole series of exercises aimed at specifically toning up your legs, bum and tum. These are notoriously the worst parts of your body when it comes to shifting fat, so by targeting them one after the other you’re tacking all three key problem areas in one fun-packed but very effective class. You’ll start with a warm up, then finish with a stretch and cool down and in between the instructor will take you through a variety of different exercises.

There will be crunches for your tum, lunges, jumps and more for your legs and plenty of squats for your bum. By the time it’s over you’ll be sweating and breathless, but with a big smile on your face too. Yes, there is a fair bit of effort involved, but it’s all worth it.
