1. All gym members need be using a Clean Gym Towel whilst using any machines and working out. This includes Benches, Threadmilles and all equipment in the gym facility. Instructors have the right to stop you from continuing your workout if you are not using a gym towel. Towels can be rented from reception
2. All gym members are expected to wear suitable attire at all times while using our facilities such as a t-shirt or vest; shorts or trousers suitable for training; and closed shoes suitable for training at all times within the gymfloor area. The below is NOT acceptable:
3. All Members, Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner whilst using gym facilities. Any member user who slams weights, does not put weight back in place, doesn’t obey club rules, acts in an intimidating, abusive, violent or disrespectful manner may be dismissed and banned from entering the gym , and get their Membership terminated with no refund of fees already paid.
4. Members are to use only one weights station at a time. No reserving of any machines is allowed, and all weights and equipment should be replaced correctly after use, and equipment and machines should be wiped down. No slamming and excess noise with weights is permitted.
5. Any members who are unsure of how to use a piece of equipment should seek instruction before doing so. Sky Spirit is not responsible for any injuries from incorrect use of equipment. If any equipment is found to be faulty or malfunctioning, please report this to Sky Spirit reception or staff immediately.
6. Sky Spirit timetables, instructors and classes are subject to change at any time . Sky Spirit will provide notice when a class is unable to take place for any reason. Members are recommended to book in advance to ensure that a class has space for them. Members can book online. A member cannot book onto classes that overlap each other. A member must cancel a class booking at least one hour in advance of the class if they are not attending. Class tickets should be collected from reception, with participants expected to arrive on time. If a participant arrives late, entry to the class may be denied at the absolute discretion of the class instructor.
7. All lockers in Club are for day use only; members are required to provide their own padlock or can purchase one from reception. Sky Spirit strongly advises all members to lock their belongings in a locker at all times that they are using the Club’s facilities. For any day lockers left padlocked overnight, Sky Spirit reserves the right to cut the lock and remove items from the locker. Members will need to see reception and pay a recovery fee, to gain access to their belongings. Any belongings not picked up within a reasonable time will be kept in the Club for a reasonable period and then may be donated to charity.
8. Sky Spirit takes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage for any items brought into the Club, unless Sky Spirit is shown to have been negligent.
9. Class studios are to be used for stretching purposes only. No dumbells or weights can be used without instructors present. Class Studios cannot be used during the same time a class is being performed.

We will be using various strength techniques and systems. You will push, pull and lift weights . We will work the muscles in isolation as well as perform compound movements always ensuring our form is correct before moving to the next level. Get ready to push your limits. Get ready to lift !
