What’s TRX Workout?
The most basic TRX kit is a cord with two handles. And that is what’s behind this workout! No dumbbells or other equipment is used.

TRX Workout is a total-body suspension-training workout, which means it involves working against gravity to perform moves that activate different muscle groups – all while the upper or lower body is suspended above ground. Originally developed the U.S. Navy , this workout is also very popular with celebrities, and for good reason: The TRX workout enable you to do endless array of exercise options and never get bored doing the same.

Try out this new workout that combines total-body circuits with fat-burning intervals to torch as many calories as possible in the shortest amount of time, suitable for both males and females.

A fitness class for all levels, designed for all those who would like to include a class in their weekly scheduled. It' s a class which includes a variety of toning exercises which you can easily follow.
