Body Tone

A fitness class for all levels, designed for all those who would like to include a class in their weekly scheduled. It' s a class which includes a variety of toning exercises which you can easily follow. Use of equipment vary from one week to another and these includes free weights, bosu, matts and your own body weight. Get Fit with Sky.

  • Jes Scibberras

    Jes has been in the Fitness Industry since 1996 qualified by the University of Malta and The Royal Society of Arts, Cambridge coached by Angela Farley UK. For several years he presented daily Fitness Workouts on local main TV Stations. Jes specialises in group Training Exercise to music. His dance background as a Dance teacher, choreographer and dancer give that extra fun touch to his classes. He has been teaching at Skyspirit fitness Lounge for these last 2 years. Come and meet Jes by joining his classes on a weekly basis.

Our equation starts with the five classic moves to target the glutes most effectively: lunges, single-leg squats, hip extensions, step-ups and side leg lifts. We then added a little complexity and dimension to each move by incorporating the principles of mobility and stability characteristic of all Sky Spirit programming.

The core objectives of this class are to improve mobility and increase muscle strength and endurance. This class is a full body workout, a form of body conditioning and resistance training targeting all muscle groups and is suitable for both beginners and intermediate levels. This class allows you to customize the workout intensity to match your ideal level. The intensity of the workout is entirely up to you based on your individual needs and fitness level. B-Fit will make sure to boost your overall efficiency and make you feel more vibrant and dynamic. It is our goal that participants leave the class feeling confident and looking forward to the next session.
Intensity level: Intermediate (also suitable for beginners)
