You will experience a workout that trains every major muscle group in the entire body, with a variety of exercises designed to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles at the same time! Let’s be fit together!

The core objectives of this class are to improve mobility and increase muscle strength and endurance. This class is a full body workout, a form of body conditioning and resistance training targeting all muscle groups and is suitable for both beginners and intermediate levels. This class allows you to customize the workout intensity to match your ideal level. The intensity of the workout is entirely up to you based on your individual needs and fitness level. B-Fit will make sure to boost your overall efficiency and make you feel more vibrant and dynamic. It is our goal that participants leave the class feeling confident and looking forward to the next session.
