Challenge yourself to this workout that incorporates cardio and toning exercises to strengthen and tone your full body. Each class, which is an intermediate level, is a surprise so you might be using various and different equipment or just your body weight. Get ready for an hour of a motivational workout for your entire body!

Total Body Reset . Challenge your strength, endurance, balance and mind with this 30 minute high octane body-sculpting workout. Target every major muscle group in the body, whilst sweating it out.

High intensity workout, only the brave ... or those seeking a challenge!

A fitness session that combines resistance training with functional movements aimed at improving cardiovascular capacity, overall strength, and coordination. Using tried and tested cross functional workout techniques like tabata, AMRAP, supersetting, chippers, HIIT, one will always have to come in for the workout expecting the unexpected.

B-Fit

A total body high intensity workout to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. You will experience a workout that trains every major muscle group in the entire body, with a variety of exercises designed to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles at the same time! Let’s be fit together!

The core objectives of this class are to improve mobility and increase muscle strength and endurance. This class is a full body workout, a form of body conditioning and resistance training targeting all muscle groups and is suitable for both beginners and intermediate levels. This class allows you to customize the workout intensity to match your ideal level. The intensity of the workout is entirely up to you based on your individual needs and fitness level. B-Fit will make sure to boost your overall efficiency and make you feel more vibrant and dynamic. It is our goal that participants leave the class feeling confident and looking forward to the next session.
Intensity level: Intermediate (also suitable for beginners)
