Banana, Cacao & oat bars

These lightly sweetened bars make the perfect snack! You can even use these as pre/post workout! 

 

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

80g ground almonds

25g desiccated coconut

50g coconut sugar

1 ripe banana

40 cacao nibs/ chocolate chips

100g oats

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix everything together. Pour into greased loaf tin and bake at 180 deg for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing.
