Sky Spirit was created to give Malta’s gym-goers, athletes and people who simply want to be fit,  a good quality and exceptional experience.

In case you hadn’t noticed, Sky Spirit isn’t just about fitness, it’s about a way of life. We pride ourselves on offering a different workout environment, where people can enjoy themselves meet up with their friends and workout!

Since 2013

We have opened our doors in November 2013. And our vision was to create an inclusive atmosphere that caters for all levels of fitness and a variety of exercise goals. Whether you are a regular gym goer, coming from another gym, or simply aspiring to run your first 5k, our team is ready to help you!

By combining innovative design ideas and best practice from gyms, we have created an inspiring environment that helps members achieve their long term active, lifestyle goals. We strive to create an inspiring fitness community whereby people can relax, distress and enjoy themselves while working out.

At Sky Spirit Fitness Lounge, our trainers are set to motivate you, by giving out carefully selected exercise plans which highlight our state of the art fitness equipment, and you can also benefit from free group exercise classes for all levels, with a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team who are here to help you every step of the way.

Muscle Playground Class is a form of body conditioning. Functional training helps provide you with the strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility that you need to thrive as you move through your life and sports.

Ripped and Stripped
Advanced Level
High intensity workout, only the brave ... or those seeking a challenge!

Ripped and Stripped is the famous pure fitness par excellence, an endorphin feast (…or beast!). Short bursts of resistance exercise using moderate weights/body weight/resistance equipment, plyometrics and frequent repetitions, followed by quickly another burst of exercise targeting a different muscle group.

Fit Fusion
Advanced Level
High intensity workout, only the brave ... or those seeking a challenge!

Challenge yourself to this workout that incorporates cardio and toning exercises to strengthen and tone your full body. Each class, which is an intermediate level, is a surprise so you might be using various and different equipment or just your body weight. Get ready for an hour of a motivational workout for your entire body!

Featured class of the month

Bums & Thighs

Our equation starts with the five classic moves to target the glutes most effectively: lunges, single-leg squats, hip extensions, step-ups and side leg lifts. We then added a little complexity and dimension to each move by incorporating the principles of mobility and stability characteristic of all Sky Spirit programming.

Our LB&T classes are basically a full body aerobic workout building in a whole series of exercises aimed at specifically toning up your legs, bum and tum. These are notoriously the worst parts of your body when it comes to shifting fat, so by targeting them one after the other you’re tacking all three key problem areas in one fun-packed but very effective class. You’ll start with a warm up, then finish with a stretch and cool down and in between the instructor will take you through a variety of different exercises.

There will be crunches for your tum, lunges, jumps and more for your legs and plenty of squats for your bum. By the time it’s over you’ll be sweating and breathless, but with a big smile on your face too. Yes, there is a fair bit of effort involved, but it’s all worth it.
