Sky Spirit was created to give Malta’s gym-goers, athletes and people who simply want to be fit,  a good quality and exceptional experience.

In case you hadn’t noticed, Sky Spirit isn’t just about fitness, it’s about a way of life. We pride ourselves on offering a different workout environment, where people can enjoy themselves meet up with their friends and workout!

Since 2013

We have opened our doors in November 2013. And our vision was to create an inclusive atmosphere that caters for all levels of fitness and a variety of exercise goals. Whether you are a regular gym goer, coming from another gym, or simply aspiring to run your first 5k, our team is ready to help you!

By combining innovative design ideas and best practice from gyms, we have created an inspiring environment that helps members achieve their long term active, lifestyle goals. We strive to create an inspiring fitness community whereby people can relax, distress and enjoy themselves while working out.

Our membership packages give you full access to the gym, classes and even include a free training programme together with 2 hours free parking. At Sky Spirit Fitness Lounge, our trainers are set to motivate you, by giving out carefully selected exercise plans which highlight our state of the art fitness equipment, and you can also benefit from free group exercise classes for all levels, with a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team who are here to help you every step of the way.

A fitness class for all levels, designed for all those who would like to include a class in their weekly scheduled. It' s a class which includes a variety of toning exercises which you can easily follow. Use of equipment vary from one week to another and these includes free weights, bosu, matts and your own body weight. Get Fit with Sky.

Low intensity workout, ideal for beginners

Recovery yoga focuses on improving strength, flexibility and endurance in equal measure. A gentle yet demanding class for mind, body and soul. The perfect antidote to a perfect weekend.

This class is a complete body workout that alternates strength training exercises with aerobic exercises to give you two workouts in one. This class focuses on form and is rooted in scientifically proven fitness methodology.

Because there are so many different kinds of yoga practices, it is possible for anyone to start.
