adrenalineWhen one year ends, another begins. Get a sneak peak at some of the fitness trends expected for 2017 – and how you can try them out at Sky Spirit Fitness Lounge.

Ripped & Stripped, HIIT and Adrenaline workouts remained on top of our list, followed by Boot camps, circuit training, and group personal training. However group classes are always more popular since there will be a fun atmosphere by working out in a group with guidance and motivation from our fitness professionals!

Most of our signature workout classes are performed more than once a day! These 30 minute gym floor classes feature metabolic circuits, or fast-paced weight-training routines that combine cardio and weight training into one workout that does it all. Because the workouts alternate between upper- and lower-body exercises, your muscles don’t tire out. And when you don’t have to stop for breaks, you can finish your workout more quickly, and get out of the gym to show off the awesome results.
