Sky Spirit is always working on getting you the latest trades in the fitness industry! Be the first to try out some of our new classes starting from Monday 12th. New classes such as Grind by Sabrina, apart from that The circuit by Daniela and Kick boxing by Noel is back in our schedule!
GRIND is the new high-intensity, full-body workout experience, developed, tried and tested by Sabrina. For both males and females, it targets all muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to make you burn and sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness to creative muscle-building exercises using your body weight. Each class is 60 minutes long and has its own unique challenges and energizing playlist. GRIND provides the best combination for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core stability and functional movement, giving you EVERYTHING you need!
