N.C.Z is a hybrid of the best existing fitness practices: Powerful interval training and slow, controlled, focused and challenging yoga movements using weights. We will kick the heart rate up and experience muscle-shaking movements, activating both slow and fast twitch muscle fibers working them to fatigue.
N.C.Z is a powerful full body workout focusing on good form, stability and balance, cardio power, strength and endurance. We will lunge, plank, twist, stretch and pulse! The session will test your range of motion and strengthen your weak areas.
During the workout, you will make use of the bosu and a pair of dumbbells (new comers to start off with light dumbbells). All you need to bring is a towel, water and your motivation to push yourself past your comfort zone!
