For both males and females, it targets all muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to make you burn and sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness to creative muscle-building exercises using your body weight. Each class is 50 minutes long and has its own unique challenges and energizing playlist.
