Flex 20 is a full body workout focusing on compound weight lifting mixed with high bursts of cardio and effective core movements.
Adequate weight lifting doesn’t necessarily make you bulky. It will make your muscles denser and your bones stronger. It burns the fat around your muscles making your body looking leaner and toned…and when you complete the formula with healthy eating the results are even better.
With Flex 20 you will be introduced to various compound movements using the bar, the dumbbells and even your own body weight. Such exercises recruit multiple muscle movements, which in return will require extra calories burned to rebuild and repair the muscles even after the workout is done.
Simply put you will burn calories during the exercise and even when at rest.
Flex 20 comprises of 20-minute full body circuits with exercises ranging from compound strength training, high bursts of cardio with your own body weight, balance exercises and beautiful core movements to improve your posture, give you a stronger back, make you run better and sit properly at your office desk!
The class ends with a series of stretching movements to improve flexibility. Tight and stiff muscles can result in increasing muscle fatigue as it will impede the muscles’ ability to recover from strenuous exercise due to the poor circulation of blood flow.
