Sky Spirit is always working on getting you the latest trades in the fitness industry! Be the first to try out some of our neclass for websitew classes starting from Monday 12th. New classes such as Grind by Sabrina, apart from that The circuit by Daniela and Kick boxing by Noel is back in our schedule!

GRIND is the new high-intensity, full-body workout experience, developed, tried and tested by Sabrina. For both males and females, it targets all muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to make you burn and sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness to creative muscle-building exercises using your body weight. Each class is 60 minutes long and has its own unique challenges and energizing playlist. The guilde to Gym Etiquette

webpageWhether you realize it or not, you and all the other members form a community.

Making that community an entity that can work together for everyone’s benefit means following a few sensible rules—rules that aren’t posted on the walls. Follow this simple guide to gym etiquette to ensure the safest, most productive—and least annoying— training environment  for everyone around you.

1. Always have a towel with you while you’re training.

All equipment needs to be covered with a hand towel before sitting or lying on the benches etc for hygiene purposes. No one wants a side of germs and sweat with their workout.

2. Returning free weights and equipment back in place

Returning Free weights, medicine balls, and other equipment to their proper places is more than courteous – it might burn a few extra calories to! And helps other members to find the equipment needed easier.

3. Mind the mirrors

Gym mirrors are there for form and safety and making sure you are doing the exercise correctly, to ensure that no damage is done we suggest you take a few steps back and not lean with the mirrors directly.

4. Avoid dropping weights

We like our club to be earthquake-free. Avoid dropping heavy weights like hot cakes—and leave excessive grunting off the menu as well 

5. Clean after use

Wipe all cardio machines with the sanitizers provided in the facility to ensure that the equipment is  always clean after you use it since with cardio we tend to sweat more.

6. Proper Gym attire

It is an absolute must that you wear the proper gym attire, No jeans or Flip flops are allowed while working out for safety and hygienic reasons.

8. Bar area

Please limit coffee drinking to the bar area to avoid coffee spills and extra mess on the equipment
