All equipment needs to be covered with a hand towel before sitting or lying on the benches etc for hygiene purposes. No one wants a side of germs and sweat with their workout.
Returning Free weights, medicine balls, and other equipment to their proper places is more than courteous – it might burn a few extra calories to! And helps other members to find the equipment needed easier.
Gym mirrors are there for form and safety and making sure you are doing the exercise correctly, to ensure that no damage is done we suggest you take a few steps back and not lean with the mirrors directly.
We like our club to be earthquake-free. Avoid dropping heavy weights like hot cakes—and leave excessive grunting off the menu as well
Wipe all cardio machines with the sanitizers provided in the facility to ensure that the equipment is always clean after you use it since with cardio we tend to sweat more.
It is an absolute must that you wear the proper gym attire, No jeans or Flip flops are allowed while working out for safety and hygienic reasons.
Please limit coffee drinking to the bar area to avoid coffee spills and extra mess on the equipment
