Ball Blast

Ball Blast, The new way to improve core strength and endurance. This exclusive Class continuously challenges participants with exercises that use either body weight only or dumbbells, and of course stability balls, and bosu balls. We designed this class to be an innovative Bootcamp class.  Ball Blast will work every major muscle, build power, and shred body fat.

There are numerous benefits to adding the balls to your muscle-sculpting class. The ball lets you offer endless choreography options in addition to built-in balance and stability tests. Also, by making slight changes in body positioning on the ball, you challenge muscles at different points in the range of motion.

Ball Blast is a high intensity 1 hour class in a form of a Bootcamp class that target s the whole body.  Includes basic movement patterns that bring awareness to posture and breathing . This workout is all about using your bodyweight to work on defining, stabilizing and strengthening your total body in a short amount of time
