Doctors used to prescribe bed rest for back pain and other chronic pain conditions, but studies have found that people who exercise and stay flexible manage their pain much better than those who don’t.
Our specialized program is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion and stiffness around the joints. All our sessions are completely supervised and include a 30-minute deep tissue massage.
Our assigned Masseurs start this program around a postural assessment. First we look to see how you sit, how you stand, how you walk and than we custom design a program that will relief you from pain.
Through carefully supervised stretching and core strengthening moves, you’ll learn about internal and external balance. Our instructors are trained in mat exercise, Pilates and sports massage. Gentle cardio, mat work and muscle manipulation can be extremely effective.
