We have a specific VIP studio where we will treat you with a personal training program, twice a week. In between you will be able to use all the facilities of the fitness lounge with your own personal trainer keeping a close eye on your progress.

Sky Spirit members will experience the very best in innovative training methods including private, group and dynamic training including traditional classes such as Zumba, Dance Off and boxing as well as new programming held exclusively at our club like: Burlesque, Ballet Barre , ViPR and 50 shades fitter.
